A choice of confined blissfulness

Formely a café and a general store. I will occupy the first floor and the back of the second floor.

I am confronted to a situation. It is the same anyone has. How to be able to live in the months to come. Last year I already made the choice of leaving a big metropolitan area because it was getting unsustainable, not only in financial terms but also in spiritual terms which include environmental/ecological ones. I came to live in a smaller area of some 180 000 people. It Is still now getting too expensive considering my income is shrinking dramatically. I got an offer I couldn't refused. So I am moving out again further from 'civilisation' which to me has become rather uncivilised. I am moving in a village of around 700 inhabitants for 212 km². I am going to pay 200$ per month for almost 200 m² (2000 sq. ft) Since my stable income for the next 3½ years is going to be around 750$ a month  that makes it possible to live decently in North America in 2020.
